How Long Mugshots Stay Online
The confirmed online retention is narrow. Current inmates appear on the current roster. Recent releases appear in the sheriff's 48-hour release view. No official local statement was found for how long profile pages or booking photos remain accessible after that release window, and no official historical mugshot archive was located.
What is and is not public: Recent roster photos are public when posted by the sheriff. Juvenile, sealed, expunged, active-investigation, or non-roster records may be withheld or require direct review.

Mugshot Removal and Sealing
The sheriff site did not publish a booking-photo removal request process. Arkansas sealing information from ACIC/DPS says forms are filed with the court where the person was sentenced. After a judge approves and files the order, the clerk forwards it to ACIC. ACIC states that Arkansas law allows 30 days to complete an Order to Seal from the date ACIC receives it.
A sealed court or criminal-history record does not automatically prove that an old web page has been removed. For charge outcomes, use court records after a jail arrest. For custody status and roster fields, use jail inmate records. Use court and agency channels for official record correction.
Federal and State Mugshot Differences
St. Francis County has two federal BOP facilities, but BOP custody is separate from the county jail roster.
