The sheriff FAQ says jail booking records, warrant records, incident reports, citations, civil process records, and dispatch logs may be public under Arkansas FOIA, but active investigations, sealed or expunged records, some personnel records, and juvenile offender or suspect records may be withheld. No local online FOIA request form was found in the sheriff forms material reviewed.
